Communication Objective: By February 28, 2019, the Central Valley Opioid Safety Coalition will work with CDC and CDPH to develop an outreach media campaign and activities targeted to 3 specific at risk populations within the community.
Activity A: Develop communication plan/strategy

Implementation Plan:
The communication plan will function as a guide to implement all of the activities outlined in the scope of work communication objective 5. The communication plan may be updated to reflect any changes as needed throughout the grant term.

Activity B: Launch CVOSC webpage and Opioid Safety Awareness media campaign with focus on how to: 1. Take them correctly 2. Store them securely 3. Dispose of them appropriately 4. Never share or lend them 5. Talk to your health care provider about safe use

Activity C: Utilize CDC and CDPH sponsored media campaign materials to develop, finalize and distribute Opioid Safety Awareness materials to community partners and health care providers
